The Latins, our ancestors used to say the following “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano” meaning that you can have a state of well-being only by a perfect balance between body and mind. Hence our project : to propose a balanced and healthy diet to reach a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Because well-being is not just the absence of a disease or infirmity. Well-being is feeling good about themselves. It’s a condition of serenity that allows us to live life to its fullest without the need of great things, to accept the everyday with what it entails for better or worse. The O.M.S ( World Health Organisation ) has already stated the correct principles as fundamental to the health of the person. The Mediterranean Diet is the cusine that is the closest to the O.M.S recommendations, combined with cardiovascular activity of about 150 minutes per week.
