Our ingredients do not travel long distances by truck or by plane, they are not frozen for days, we only use fresh ingredients because we want to enhance and promote sustainable agriculture for the good of our country and especially for our benefit. For this reason we only use seasonal products. This includes simple dishes, as pizza may be, with quality ingredients it becomes a special pizza and MedEATerraneo follows precisely this philosophy and it does it, not just for pizza, but for all its dishes.
